Well yesterday I logged into WHM to check if the error was because of me and I found out that it wasn't.

When you apply for a hosting account with Hostingz, you are asked if you have a
domain name, or if you would like a
subdomain (
http://*.hostingz.org) in case you don't have a domain.
Because Hostingz now has a
site builder, we no longer accept subdomains for free hosting accounts as all our subdomains point to our
free site builder service.
So
http://dilip.hostingz.org points to
http://hostingz.org/sites/dilip/And
http://domains.hostingz.org/ points to
http://hostingz.org/sites/domains/What you have
http://changes.uk.to is a domain name. But it is not a TLD (top-level-domain). It is a SLD (secondary-level-domain). This is because .to and .cc are domain extensions just like .com and .net.
And
.uk.to and
.co.cc are actual domain names. You can actually enter them in your web browser.
What you have to do is point your domain to your actual hosting account by setting your nameservers. That's how computers know which domain names go to which hosting accounts. You were told to do this in the email you got.

Whenever you register a domain name you must remember to set your nameservers to hook it up to your hosting account.
You have to set your nameservers using your domain name's registrar's (the company you ordered your domain off) control panel. I recommend buying domains of Hostingz, but personally I use
Dynadot even though we have the same prices.
The nameservers are in your email, and the
help section, but there are more specific instructions on how to set it up with your control panel.
These are the nameserversQuote:
ns1.hostingz.org
ns2.hostingz.org
Because .uk.to domains come from afraid.org, you should follow the instructions below.

I hope that answered your question.
Sorry about the rudeness but I couldn't resist using the L337 use google image above XD!
